Easy Fruit Smoothie with Some Help From BzzAgent

With a busy life it gets hard to cram in all of my fruits and vegetables.  One thing I do to get in a couple important fruits in the morning is to make a smoothie.  It's probably not a traditional smoothie because I don't use ice or any mixes.  Here is what I use:

See the little container of Liberte yogurt?  I got that from BzzAgent to try for free.  NINE little containers to be exact.  I'm mixing it up and got some plain Greek, Mediterranee Strawberry and Mediterranee French Vanilla.  So far the French Vanilla is my favorite and that's what I'm using in my smoothie.  It's creamy, sweet and doesn't have artificial sweeteners or flavors.  It does, however, have about 12 grams of fat.  Yes, that's a lot, but I just use a spoon full for this smoothie.

Here are the details:

1 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon wheat germ
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed meal
1 small orange (or half of a large one)
1 banana (mine looks kind of old doesn't it?)
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
1-2 tablespoons yogurt (vanilla makes it sweeter)
1 tablespoon honey

Throw all of that into the blender and mix it up!  That is all.  I like to have this with some oatmeal or an egg.  Keep in mind that orange juice still has a lot of sugar in that, so add more or less if you want.

Enjoy!
