A little late this week, but that's okay! As usual, we have lots going on this week, so I'm going for easy yet healthy. Last week we celebrated mine and Middle Child's birthday.
Next week we celebrate The Second Grader's birthday.
In preparation for all of the craziness that is a 9 year old boy's birthday, here is our menu for this week:
Smokey Chicken Mac and Cheese, fresh broccoli and carrots with dip
