Menu Plan Monday

Did the meteorologist trick you today?  Did you think you'd get to sleep in and watch as the snow piled up around you?  Me too.  Jokers.

Snow day or not, we need a menu.  I made ours last night and hit the grocery in the midst of the crazies buying all of the bread and milk.  Here is what we are having.

 

Drumsticks and Fish Sticks (exciting!) with Mac and Cheese and Salad

 

Chicken Stir Fry and Wild Rice

 

Skillet Red Beans and Rice

 

Sausage and Spinach Quiche with Fruit

 

Chicken Scarpariello from the Carmine's Family Style Cookbook, Salad and Roasted Zucchini

 

Country Style Rigatoni and Salad Carmine's Family Style Cookbook

I am excited to try a couple new recipes from my Carmine's cookbook.  I haven't used it in a while.  What are you having this week?  Are you trying any new recipes?
