Snow Day

Last night it snowed.  And snowed.  And snowed.  Which made it a whopping five inches for us!  That is a total lock down here in northern Kentucky. 

What did we do today?

Some of us woke up on the wrong side of the bed...

 


 Then we put on smiles and went sledding.

 
Down the big hill with Baby Girl.

 
Made Vegan White Bean Chili.  Then I un-veganized it by adding Harvarti cheese and crackers.

    We've had some very chilly mornings, all the way down to 32*, which is not the norm here in the Arizona desert. Snow, however, is a very, very rare occurrence. We used to live in the Willamette Valley of Oregon, and a light dusting of snow there brought everything to a screeching halt, too!

      Thanks for stopping by! I am starting small with kitchen drawers...one at a time. But, I do want to start on the closet tonight. Wish I had more baskets though! I like to use what we already have.
