We had such a busy weekend and I was just not in a menu planning mood last night. But, after sleeping on it, I came up with a plan. This week is pretty basic and very kid friendly.
Homemade Mushroom Garlic Chicken Pizza with a whole wheat crust & fresh vegetables
(roast a whole garlic bulb or two and put whole cloves on the pizza with sauteed mushrooms, cheese and a little sauce. Use a little ranch dressing if you want instead of red sauce.)

These are very easy and fast recipes for the week that are super kid friendly and still fairly healthy.
It's hard planning a healthy menu each week. Make sure you check out Organizing Junkie's Menu Plan Monday for lots of inspiration (I certainly needed it this week!).
Happy menu planning!
