LEGO® KidsFest

I thought I had a lot of LEGO®.  I was wrong.  This is a lot of LEGO.  A lot of green LEGO. 

Friday night we were super excited to head to LEGO KidsFest.  Thanks to our friends at LEGO for complimentary tickets for our family and one lucky reader. 

We had a fantastic time.  Three acres of LEGO!  Not only did we get to play with tons of LEGO, the kids got to do some "LEGO challenges".....this was a 2-minute build after which everyone got a prize!  The boys created LEGO artwork, raced LEGO cars, built LEGO pyramids, saw lots of giant LEGO sculptures, and after we bought a few LEGO sets at the on-site store we received free LEGO KidsFest t-shirts.  On our way out the door, every child was given a 2012 LEGO KidsFest commemorative brick.  Very cool. 

If you have a chance to go to a LEGO KidsFest, do not miss it!
