We've had an incredibly rainy week here in Northern Kentucky. Because it was so dreary we decided on a couple of heavier menu options, Beef Bourguignon and Chili. The Beef Bourguignon was very easy to make and I'll post the recipe in a few days.
Here is what we are enjoying this week:
Beef Bourguignon with Bread
Grilled Tilapia with Farm Greens
Grilled Chicken Tacos and Beans
Chili and Grilled Cheese
Greek Mini Pizzas and Salad
To make the Greek pizzas, I'll use soft tortillas, feta cheese, chopped tomatoes and red onions. After combining these toppings, just bake until crispy!
