Happy First Day of Fall! And get ready for eighty degree temperatures again this week! Despite the warmer temperatures, we are having an Autumn menu...chili and soup.
We are also enjoying oatmeal with fresh fruit for breakfast. Middle Child and I love steel cut oats while Baby Girl and The Fourth Grader prefer rolled oats. Either way, I love them with honey, walnuts and fresh blueberries and strawberries.
I also love yogurt with fresh fruit. If you haven't tried Yoplait Fruitfuls, here's your chance. I have a .30 coupon! CLICK HERE to print it. Each serving has 1/3 cup of fresh fruit and there are six different flavors. (Note: This is sponsored content from Yoplait)
Here's a great idea...mix Yoplait Fruitfuls with your oatmeal! Fresh fruit and the sweet taste of yogurt in one cup.
Alright, that takes care of breakfast, now for dinner:
Bloemers Chili (Yes, again. We love it that much.) with Grilled Cheese
Vegetable Quiche (whatever we get from our farm CSA) with Pancakes
Bean Soup and Corn Bread
Chicken and Vegetable Fried Rice
BBQ Mini Chicken Drumsticks with Celery and Lunch Box Peppers and Hummus*
Watch for the hummus recipe later this week. We have a couple eggplants from our farm share and discovered making hummus with them!
Make sure you check out Menu Plan Monday on the Organizing Junkie for hundreds of other menu plans.
Happy menu planning!
