Turkey Meatball Subs a la BzzAgent

Need a quick, easy and fairly healthy meal that the kids will love?  I found a recipe for Turkey Meatball Subs from Skinny Mom's Kitchen and we've used it twice.  Everyone loved it.  This time we used difference sauce...

As you may know, I am a BzzAgent.  If you are not familiar with BzzAgent, check out their website and sign up for free.  I get to try loads of free stuff, give my opinion, spread the word (along with lots of coupons) and influence companies!  This time around I got to try Private Selection Pasta Sauce.  Traditionally, we'd use it on spaghetti noodles.  But, I had Turkey Meatball Subs on the menu this week and thought it was an excellent opportunity to test this sauce.

Here's the quick and dirty on how to make these delicious subs.

Follow the recipe from Skinny Mom's Kitchen to make the meatballs and cook them.  Next you put the cooked meatballs on whole wheat hotdog buns.

Add the sauce.  Of course, I used my Private Selection Pasta Sauce.

Add cheese.

Broil briefly.  And then, enjoy!

The pasta sauce was excellent.  Sometimes you think of 'generic' or store brand stuff as lesser quality.  While I don't think of Private Selection as elite or fancy, it was just as good, if not better, than some of the name brand sauces.  It was tangy, thick and rich tasting.  It made a perfect sauce for our subs.

Thank you BzzAgent for letting my family test this product!
