Menu Plan Monday


All of the post hernia surgery horrible eating has finally caught up with me.  I started working out again a couple of weeks ago, but some how I cannot stop eating crap.  So, this week I tried really hard to make a healthier menu that everyone would enjoy. 

Chili with Ground Beef and Bloemer's Seasoning
 
Stir Fry Chicken and Broccoli
 
Potato Crusted Cod with Sweet Potatoes and Salad
 
Maple Salmon with Green Beans and Carrots
 
Grandma's Saucy Meatloaf with Mashed Potatoes and Peas
 
 
 
Yes, we are having chili twice, but they are two totally different tastes and I'm doing them as far apart as possible.  I am sticking to the plan and we are not eating out again. Last week the plan fell apart toward the end of the week because I didn't plan for weekend eating very well and we ended up at a Mexican restaurant.
