It's that time of the week again. It's been a busy weekend, so I'm trying to keep this simple but still interesting....and fairly healthy. It's not easy. I have three kids to please, one of which is hovering over me as I type.
Here is our menu for the week:
Grilled chicken and vegetables with rice
Hamburgers, vegetables to dip and macaroni/cheese
Grilled cheese and soup
Baked Parmesan Crusted Tilapia with peas and carrots
Meatloaf, greanbeans and corn
Homemade Vegetable Beef Soup
Crockpot BBQ on buns with vegetables
