What a week! Festival meeting, Cub Scouts, first day of preschool, rehearsal dinner, wedding! Whew! And now......MENU PLANNING! What a way to start a week to make it flow smoothly. Seriously, if you are not doing this yet, you should try it. A menu turns into a grocery list, a grocery list turns into ...... well, groceries, and then....dinner! It just makes the whole week easier.

As you can see, we never made it to the Parmesan Cod last week, so here it is again. Tuesday night got a little crazy so we opted for Skyline. Here is our menu for this week:
Crunchy Baked Parmesan Cod with vegetables and rice
Provolone Chicken Pizza and salad
(just like it sounds....use provolone cheese and ranch dressing as the sauce)
Taco Salad (recipe this week!)
Chicken Dijon Almond with swiss chard and mac and cheese
Leftovers or grilled cheese with veggies and dip
