Mini Pizza
Tonight we made chili and mini pizzas for the kids.  These are great for picky eaters and are super
easy to make.

I unrolled a tube of crescent rolls and folded over one triangle at a time to make the dough fit into a muffin pan.  Place a spoonful of pizza sauce on each. Cover with a little mozzarella cheese and one pepperoni.  Bake at 375 until the crust is toasty and the cheese melted.  Delish.

    1. Thanks for stopping by! The Fourth Grader especially loved them and he put one in his lunch himself today! They ate them cold last night too...so I think they'd be great for lunch. I need to make more!

    1. It's super easy...and I can trick the younger kids into eating it by telling them to eat the letters in the soup. Open a can, add water, add browned ground beef. Done.
