We are not super exciting this week, but no matter, we need a menu plan! I've tried to make it easy, healthy and kid friendly. So, here goes.
Turkey Burgers, Roasted Broccoli and Salad
Steak Stir Fry and Quinoa
Homemade Vegetable Beef Stew and Grilled Cheese
Spaghetti with Meat Sauce and Salad
Chicken Stir Fry and Quinoa
In my stir fry dishes, I saute the meat and then add fresh minced garlic, cabbage, broccoli, and whatever other vegetables I can. For the spaghetti night, the kids will get the pasta and I will make spaghetti squash and top it with the meat sauce.
