Yowzaaas it's Tuesday!! I am in limbo. I feel like it should be summer break. I have Middle Child out of school. The Second Grader is still in school. The weather has been sunny and hot. The pool is not yet open. So, I guess I have time to plan a menu right? Right! So, here it is.....
Beef Potato Pie from All You Magazine and salad
Grilled Steak, salad and mac/cheese
Taco Salad (watch Family Friendly Cincinnati for the recipe)
Cheesy Crustless Mini Quiche from All You Magazine with fruit salad
Turkey Kielbasa, mac/cheese and steamed broccoli
The All You recipes came out of the June 22, 2012 issue. I could not find the links on line yet, but will post them as soon as they are up!
