I was a little over zealous in my menu planning last week. We had way more leftovers than I thought we would. So, we are finally getting to the slow cooker honey garlic chicken (it is in the slow cooker right now!) and the spaghetti carbonara this week. But, that just makes my planning easier, because I only have to come up with four more meals.
Slow Cooker Honey Garlic Chicken with rice and vegetables
Spaghetti Carbonara with salad and vegetables with dip
*Mexican Slow Cooker Dish with corn cakes
Mama's Asian Chicken and Rice
Homemade garlic and mushroom pizza with fresh vegetables or salad
Grilled Cheese and Soup

* I have no idea what to call this. It's chicken, corn, salsa, black beans and a packet of dry ranch dressing in the slow cooker. We will either pour it over rice or put it in a tortilla.
That's it for this week! I am excited about the garlic and mushroom pizza because it is made with whole roasted garlic cloves. We love garlic!

Make sure you triple that sauce on the Asian chicken! It's the best part...I like it without the chicken, just lots of veggies and rice! (we use basmati, it's the best!) I am intrigued by this lasanga soup...
