And Mom and Dad can hardly wait for school to start again.......Ole' Bing had it right in "It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas." Today is the first day back to school. We had a wonderful break and I enjoyed having everyone at home, but it's time to go back. We all thrive on schedules, and ours has fallen apart this last week. I am looking forward to getting back on track this week.
We had lots of leftover lasagna last week, so we never got to Girl Scout Stew and the Stir Fry, so that is on our menu again. I hope you are starting your new year with a fantastic menu! I'm curious about girl scout soup...will you be sharing that recipe?!

I will share with you my super secret Girl Scout Soup/Stew recipe. I am afraid to reveal it. You may think I am a big 'ole fraud in the kitchen. Brown about a pound of ground beef...then toss it into a pot of vegetable soup (I like it with alphabet noodles :) That is all. It is so simple, but with crusty bread it is awesome.
