Menu Plan Monday

Yes, we are still having a menu for the week!  Yes, I am a little late.  But, we cannot go to the grocery without a menu and we have to go to the grocery because we have no food.  So, back to the menu!

It's not very exciting this week....well, with the exception of one item.  My cousin's wife made a delicious noodle dish for Christmas dinner that I can only hope to kind of replicate.  She is from Korea so it is not a normal stirfry I would make.  I am going to try my best.  She gave me the rest of the sweet potatoe noodles from her package so I could have some starter noodles as well as the recipe on the bag.  Which seems easy, but I have a feeling she does some improvising.  It all starts with marinating the steak in shredded kiwi and an asian pear....so, hopefully I captured all of the extra instructions too.

Here is our menu for the week!

Leftover Prime Rib (and pizza for the kids, because we are not sharing)
Lasagna and salad
Noodle, meat, vegetable stirfry
Pancakes and Eggs
Girl Scout Stew (more on this later!) and grilled cheese

Make sure you check out http://www.orgjunkie.com/ for Menu Plan Monday to see tons of other Menu Plans!

Good luck to you on this last week of winter break!  Make it a good one!
